We hold these truths to be self-evident:

a. all Persons are created with separate and equal station under the Laws of Nature and Nature's God

b. Persons are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights

c. among those Rights are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness

d. to secure these Rights, their Persons, and their Property, Governments are instituted among Persons - deriving their just Powers from the consent of the Governed

e. Government's Powers, and Property obtained thereby, shall be prudently used for the benefit of those Governed - not for light, transient, or extravagant reasons

f. Government's benefits and sanctions shall be fully and equally applied - with justice for all and privilege for none

g. Government's shall openly disclose and timely report all consequential matters to the Governed

h. when Government breaches it's duties and/or usurps, abuses, reduces or eliminates or fails to protect the People's Rights, Security, Property, or Interests, Government shall be changed, eliminated or replaced.

To implement these Truths, the Governed elect public Officials to lead through vision based on education and experience. Officials enact laws, set priorities and policies, create Government's institutions and revue their operations. Officials' Values and Competence through education, training, experience determines whether Government fulfills it duties. Corrupt and/or unqualified Officials make corrupt and/or unqualified decisions. Corrupt and/or ineffective Government is the result.

"Jim" Hargreaves is the only candidate who explicitly supports ABetterRoswell's Values as stated above. As a candidate, he has affirmed the Values described above AND is the only one with the qualifications to:

James D. Hargreaves opponents in the Roswell Council Post 6 race are Nancy Diamond and Alex Fudali. Neither of Mr. Hargreaves opponents has Mr. Hargreaves' professional systems, IT, or Accounting Fortune 500 skills or work experience (40 yrs.).

Nancy Diamond only has: (1) a High School Diploma, (2) never managed an operation with a budget larger than $300,000 per year, and (3) no background in either development or redevelopment - her stated primary goal.
